Imagine Your Story Summer Reading

July 6-August 14, 2020

Welcome to Imagine Your Story Summer Reading at Lowville Free Library! We're glad you're here!

This year our summer reading looks a little different, but will still be filled with fun! We have a list of our *always available* activities, and then a list of what happens each day of the week. Even after our live events take place, though, they will be available until the end of the summer on our Facebook and Youtube pages.

Get started by following us on Facebook. Our events will be live on Facebook, kits for the week posted there, and updates and additions to our calendar. You can also check this page for additions to the program.

Kickoff!

Join our window challenge! Create a design in your window with a fairy tale character or fierce beast. Then, go on a scavenger hunt to see what you can find around town (libraries all over the north country are participating, so you can look in other towns, too!). While you're searching out stories in windows, here's some activities to go along with them:

Story sheets (PDF)

Our friends at Annie Ainsworth Memorial Library in Sandy Creek also made fun Bingo Sheets for your hunt!
