Class and Group Visits
School groups or other local organizations are welcome to visit the library! Contact the Children's Librarian at 376-2131 for available dates. Please call a minimum of two weeks in advance to schedule a visit or workshop.
Preschool sessions may include a storytime, craft, and browsing time.
School age (Grades K-6) sessions may include a tour, stories, an orientation to library services, basic library skills instruction, research time, browsing and checkout.
I have created a PDF outlining other teacher services that I offer, such as accucut. Also, if your a teacher planning on bringing your class to the library for cards i have included a second page on the pdf for you to print to hand out to class. Please make sure you drop off the papers for new cards to the library at least a day prior to class visiting so that cards can be ready for checkouting out books during visit.
